01. Internship Tracks & Compensation
We offer two distinct tracks based on the participant’s goals and commitment style:
- Paid Internship Track: Participants perform remote or on-site operational tasks and are compensated in accordance with the legal minimum wage.
- Educational (Experience-based) Track: This track focuses entirely on gaining practical field experience and vocational training. While no hourly wage is provided, it offers a unique opportunity to learn the entire industry through our exclusive curriculum.
