Step 1. Vendor Qualification (Pre-verification)

• Facility & Ethics Evaluation: Conduct prior due diligence and assessments to ensure facilities comply with IATA LAR (Live Animals Regulations) and relevant statutes.
• Production History Review: Select farms that adhere to genetic/microbiological standards and review their infectious disease history.

Step 2. HMR Cross-Validation (Health Monitoring Report Double-check)

• Beyond Provided Data: We do not rely solely on provided data. We cross-validate HMRs (Health Monitoring Reports) to pre-filter even minute infectious factors that could critically impact a researcher’s specific pipeline.
• Viral Pathogen QC: Final approval before shipment is granted only upon 100% Negative results for virus panels that cause researcher infection risks (Hanta, LCMV) or immune system disruption (LDV, MCMV).
• Bacteria & Mycoplasma QC: We handle SPF (Specific Pathogen Free) grades that strictly control opportunistic pathogens (C. bovis, Helicobacter spp, etc.) and chronic inflammation-inducing bacteria, which are fatal to cancer and autoimmune disease models.

Step 3. Bio-Secure Logistics (Maintaining Sterile Conditions)

Even the world’s highest-level SPF individuals are meaningless if contaminated during transport. O’s GloTure’s core technical strength lies in delivering them intact to the destination laboratory.

• Air Transport & Smart Cages: Fundamentally block cross-contamination caused by external air inflow during air and land transport.
• No-Sedation Principle: To prevent mortality caused by air pressure changes during flight, sedation is strictly prohibited. Instead, a “Natural Stress Reduction Protocol” using visual blocking and hydration will be applied.
• Temp/Humidity Tracking: Monitor environmental data across all transport segments to prevent heatstroke and hypothermia.

Step 4. Regulatory Clearance & Traceability

In biological resource logistics, administrative delays lead directly to animal mortality. Our regulatory response team performs Paperwork QC to ensure not even a single hour of detention occurs.

• Global Regulatory Pre-approval: Review the legality of CITES (Endangered Species Permits), Import Health Certificates, and customs documents starting 2 weeks prior to shipment.
• Door-to-Door Tracking: Manage the entire process from farm dispatch and aircraft loading to local customs clearance and final handover to the Vivarium.

Step 2. HMR Cross-Validation (건강 모니터링 리포트 이중 검증)

제공된 데이터에만 의존하지 않습니다. HMR(Health Monitoring Report)을 교차 검증하여 연구자의 특정 파이프라인에 치명적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 미세한 감염 요인까지 사전에 필터링합니다.

• Viral Pathogen QC: 연구자 감염 위험(Hanta, LCMV) 및 면역 체계 교란(LDV, MCMV)을 유발하는 바이러스 패널의 100% 음성(Negative) 여부를 선적 전 최종 승인합니다.
• Bacteria & Mycoplasma QC: 항암 및 자가면역 질환 모델에 치명적인 기회감염균(C. bovis, Helicobacter spp 등)과 만성 염증 유발 세균을 완벽히 통제한 SPF(무균) 등급도 취급합니다.

Step 3. Bio-Secure Logistics (무균 상태 유지 물류 통제)

세계 최고 수준의 SPF 개체라도 운송 과정에서 오염되면 의미가 없습니다. 오스글로쳐의 핵심 기술력은 목적지 실험실까지 고스란히 인도하는 데에 있습니다.

• 항공운송용 및 스마트 케이지: 항공 및 육상 운송 중 외부 공기 유입에 의한 교차 감염을 원천 차단합니다.
• No-Sedation (무마취 원칙): 비행 중 기압 변화로 인한 폐사를 막기 위해 진정제 투여를 엄격히 금지하며, 시야 차단 및 수분 공급을 통한 ‘자연 스트레스 저감 프로토콜’을 적용할 예정입니다.
• 온/습도 트래킹: 전 운송 구간의 환경 데이터를 모니터링하여 열사병 및 저체온증을 예방합니다.

Step 4. Regulatory Clearance & Traceability (규제 대응 및 이력 추적)

생물 자원 물류에서 행정적 지연은 곧 동물의 폐사로 이어집니다. 당사의 규제 대응팀은 단 1시간의 계류 지연도 발생하지 않도록 서류(Paperwork) QC를 수행합니다.

• 글로벌 규제 사전 승인: CITES(멸종위기종 허가서), 수입국 검역증(Health Certificate), 통관 서류의 적법성을 선적 2주 전부터 사전 검토합니다.
• 도어 투 도어(Door-to-Door) 추적: 농장 출하부터 항공기 선적, 현지 세관 통과, 최종 Vivarium(사육실) 인계까지의 전 과정을 해결합니다.
